New Offerings in the Works from Mercedes-Benz
Keeping in step with the last few years, Mercedes-Benz has a host of new and exciting things going on for 2025. Plans are in the works to discontinue some of the coupe and wagon bodystyle offerings and instead roll out new two-door and four-door models.
The new offerings not only simplify the new Mercedes-Benz lineup, but reflect owner’s interests in models that make sense for their driving needs. With a host of potential new Mercedes vehicles in the works—including the AMG GT, Maybach SL, GLE-Class and E-Class—the following are a few of our favorites.
The New Mercedes-Benz E -Class
The new Mercedes-Benz E-Class interior will feature a modern design with an expansive dashboard and up to three screens spanning its width. With minimal physical controls on the dash itself, features like climate control and a surround sound system can be easily accessed via steering wheel controls and voice control.
Throughout the interior expect plush materials like Nappa leather and the latest technology features including wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration, a wireless charging pad, Bluetooth®, satellite radio, and the newest Mercedes-Benz MBUX infotainment system.
The New Mercedes AMG® GT Coupe
The new high-performance Mercedes AMG® GT Coupe is the second generation of Mercedes’ two-door sports coupe. It will include a set of two smaller rear seats to accommodate four passengers, and will be available in both GT 55 and GT 63 grades.
Equipped with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine and AMG® Dynamic Select, drivers should expect up to 585 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque on some models. It will also be the first two-door V8 AMG® sports car equipped with all wheel drive instead of rear wheel drive.
