I was misled about several features of the 2024 GLC 300 I purchased brand new in September 2024. Test drove the C class and was told the GLC has an identical interior and features. That is not true, I found out AFTER purchase. Now I'm stuck with this car and those features cannot be added in. Spent 65k and I am left with bitterness after this transaction. It's just dishonest, bait and switch.

ZERO STARS. 2019 AMG vehicle with 50,200 miles. Check engine light came on. Oil pressure pump control valve had failed. Purchased a CPO warranty "the best warranty you can get...bumper to bumper to 100,000 miles" and dealer denies repair and quotes a repair cost of $6500. After repeated requests to show me where in the warranty this is excluded, no response. I HAVE BOUGHT 3 VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. DO NOT GO HERE.

This place is a fraud. Sold me a defective vehicle. The car was giving an alarm and they said they were going to fix is and drop it off. But they didn’t check it. Mercedes review Service ends at sale. This dealership sold me a 2022 GLE then pointed me to corporate when the car had multiple issues. I am beyond disappointed they did not stand behind their $75,000 product. For over 10 years I have been a loyal Mercedes customer; two time return customer to this dealership. Once a great dealership that honored their commitments and now has lost touch with many loyal clients. Took my sprinter in for warrenty work when i got it back made it one day def light comes on,. Took it to dealer in Oklahoma they find sensor just swinging not even in pipe... Call Pleasanton they say they will make it write... Every time I walk into this place to get my car serviced, I feel like I am unwanted. No smiles. No friendly behavior. The service guy does not even look me into my eye. By far the worst service center. I have been to several Mercedes dealerships nationwide and this one sucks. The service man did not even fill air in the tyres when the car tyres had low pressure.

So when your spending 80.000 to 100.000 for a car and part of the sales pitch is how great the service department is , Oh and by the way you gat a loaner car while your car is being serviced . You better ask how many cars are serviced in average , and ask how many loaners are available . This is my 4th request for repair and I received a loaner 1 time . So Mercedes do break down ,plan on having a second car or a budget for a rental because they are not renting you a car.
