Jeff kept us updated about progress: When it would be manufactured; when it was manufactured; when it was shipped; what ship it was on (which allowed us to track it on Marine Traffic); when it would ship from the port of entry; and when it would arrive at the dealership. 1 POOR for Results, The New key programming caused a new problem. Driver's door will not lock with new and existing key fob. Before it was brought in to Mercedes-Benz dealer, my old Existing key fob worked perfectly in locking ALL DOORS. Dealer programming error caused this problem. Analysis charges will be borne by Dealer, due to technician's error. Thus leaving me without use of my vehicle. And, we will see how long it takes for the resolution. I brought my vehicle in for service, and part of the service included topping off the fluids. However, after leaving, I discovered that my windshield washer fluid was empty. When I reviewed the paperwork, it indicated that the fluids had been topped off, which clearly was not the case. This raises concerns about what other services may have been overlooked or not completed as documented.
