I went in for a scheduled service and my car was serviced promptly. Damage occurred during the service and it was quickly repaired.
All, good. Did early drop off, so main issue was not getting the Lyft benefit to drop off and pick up car. Due to a new system- I appreciated the videos, but there was a lag in communication regarding service completion. No issue, as I needed the extra time anyway.
They were cooperative but AI and virtual assistant greatly interfere with my communication with my advisor and service department.
